  Makes 4 dozen
1 pound sharp cheddar or aged Swiss, finely shredded
1/2 cup (1 stick) butter, room temperature
2 teaspoons worcestershire sauce
Dash of hot pepper sauce
1 1/2 cups flour
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon paprika
Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Using electric mixer, beat cheese, butter, Worcestershire sauce and hot red pepper sauce in large bowl until smooth. In separate bowl, toss flour and seasonings with fork. Gradually add to cheese mixture. Mix until dough holds together. Shape dough into small logs.

Place dough in cookie press and press onto ungreased cookie sheet. Bake until lightly browned, about 10 minutes. Remove and cool on rack.

Serving size = 1 cracker
