Cheese Crescent Triangles

Tender crescent bites hold a warm, cheesy filling in a crowd-pleasing appetizer.
- 4 ounces tomato-basil feta cheese, finely crumbled (1 cup)
- 2 tablespoons finely chopped green onions (2 medium)
- 1 egg, well beaten
- One 8-ounce can Pillsbury® refrigerated crescent dinner rolls or one 8-ounce can Pillsbury® Crescent Recipe Creations® refrigerated seamless dough sheet
- 1 tablespoon grated Parmesan cheese
Heat the oven to 375 degrees F. In a small bowl, mix the feta cheese, green onions and 3 tablespoons of the beaten egg.
If using crescent rolls: Unroll the dough; separate into 4 rectangles. Press the perforations to seal. If using dough sheet: Unroll the dough; cut into 4 rectangles.
Press each rectangle into a 7 1/2 x 5-inch rectangle. Cut the rectangle into 3 rows by 2 rows to make six 2 1/2-inch squares. Top each dough square with a slightly rounded measuring teaspoon of the feta cheese mixture. Fold the dough over the filling, forming a triangle; press the edges to seal. On ungreased cookie sheets, place the triangles 2 inches apart. Repeat with the remaining 3 dough rectangles and feta cheese mixture.
Brush tops with the remaining beaten egg. Sprinkle lightly with Parmesan cheese.
Bake 9-11 minutes or until golden brown. Serve warm.
