RECIPE INGREDIENTS
4 chicken bouillon cubes
1 quart of water
1 cup diced celery
1 cup diced onion
3 to 4 diced raw potatoes
20 oz frozen vegetables
1 can of cream of chicken soup
1 can of cream of mushroom soup
1 lb velveeta cheese
DIRECTIONS
Dissolve chicken bouillon cubes in water and add celery and onion. Cook over medium heat for 20 minutes. Add the potatoes and frozen vegetables and cook for 30 minutes. Add cream of chicken soup and cream of mushroom soup and stir until blended. Add velveeta and continue cooking until melted.
