Cayenne pepper to taste

I've made air popcorn that I drizzled with butter and popcorn salt, and then sprinkled parmesan cheese on it, and its great. I'd like to try this recipe, but it makes no sense. Nowhere in the recipe does it tell you what you're supposed to do with the olive oil...
