Brown ground beef in sprayed fry pan till done. In a sprayed casserole pan add the browned meat, soups, 1/2 cheese ½ of the tater-tots water, milk, veggies and all the seasonings. Stir together gently as to not crush the tater-tots. Top the contents with other half of tater- then sprinkle remaining cheese. Bake at 350? covered for 1 hour or till the hot dish is bubbling, warmed all the way through. For diabetics it has 74 grams per one cup servings (the tater-tots make this dish high in carbs). The hot-dish is very good warmed up too. This will make a very big pan full.
