Chicken Alfredo Rotoni

I made this for my mom and little brother. My little brother is very picky and does no like onions or mushrooms but he had three bowls of this. I was originally going to make just chicken, Alfredo, and noodles. This is great and it only takes an hour. :)
1 Box- Wheat Rotoni
2 Jars- Alfredo Sauce
1 lb Fresh Mushrooms
1/3 Cup chopped red Onion
1 lb chopped chicken
1 Can of corn (if desired for the vegetable part of meal)
1. Start water for Rotoni

2. Chop mushrooms, chicken and onion.


Once water is boiling pour the Rotoni in water.


On a skillet or pan put mushrooms, chicken and onion (corn

if desired) together in the pan. (oil or butter if want you

want so it doesn't stick to pan) Cover and stir occasionally

on med-low.

5. Drain Rotoni.

6. Place Rotoni back in


7. Pour both jars of Alfredo sauce in.

8. Add a jar

of water.

9. Simmer on low for desired heat.

10. Once mushrooms

are brown, chicken is cooked and onion is cooked pour

into the pan with the noodles.

11. Stir and Enjoy.
