So Quick And Easy, I Make This Every Couple Of Weeks.
3/4 Lbs. Cooked Boneless Chicken Breasts, Cut Into Small Diced Or Use Diced Shaved Turkey.
3/4 Lbs. Shaved And Diced Or Small Diced Ham.
(Shaved Ham & Turkey Works Great And Quick)
1 Bundle (6 Or 8) Diced Green Onion. (Optional)
1/2 Lb. Grated Swiss Cheese Or Thin Sliced
1 Can Cream Of Chicken Soup
1/2 Can Water
1/4 Cup Butter Or 1/2 Stick To (Easy For Buttering)
1 Cup Finely Crushed Breadcrumbs. (Plain, Seasoned Or Italian)
Butter A 2 Quart Casserole Dish.

Sprinkle Enough Breadcrumbs To Coat The Bottom And Sides

Reserve Remaining Crumbs.

Combine Chicken, Onions And Ham Together.

Add Half Of The Cubed Chicken And Ham.

Then Pour Half Of A Chicken Soup/Water Mixture Over Mixture.

Sprinkle Half Of The Cheese Over The Chicken And Ham.

Repeat With Chicken/Ham, Soup Mixture.

Top With Remaining Cheese.

Melt Remaining Butter And Mix Into Bread Crumbs.

Sprinkle Breadcrumbs On Top And Season As Desired.

Bake, Covered At 350 Degrees For 40 Minutes Until Heated Through.

Serves 6.

Can Be Made Ahead And Refrigerated Overnight.
