RECIPE INGREDIENTS
Chicken – 5 Thighs or Drumsticks
Onion – 1 Chopped fine
Tomato – 2 Chopped fine
Ginger garlic paste – 11/2 spoons.
Curry powder – 1 1/2  spoons.(You bye it Indian grocery store)
Milk 1 1/2 cup
Coriander leaves for garnish.
Seasoning:
Cinnamon stick – 1 –piece
Clove – 3 pieces
Cardamom – 3 pieces
DIRECTIONS
Method


Put 4 spoons of oil in a pan. When it is hot add the seasoning and add the chopped onion and cook and till it is tender and soft. Then add the Tomato and cook until mushy. Then add the chicken and ginger garlic paste and curry powder. Fry nicely and make sure it mixed well.


Add 1 cup of water and close the pot cook for 20 minutes. Then open the pan and mix it well. Then add 11/2 cups milk and slow the flame. Wait until the curry forms the bubble on the top. Switch of the stove and add the coriander leaves. Enjoy.
