RECIPE INGREDIENTS
4cups of cubed chicken breast
1 cup flour
1tea. garlic
1 tea, red pepper flakes
salt /pepper to taste
Oil for frying
2 eggs beaten slighly with 1/4 cup mix
6 medium potatoes peeled, cubed and mashed with 1/2 cup butter and app 1/2 cup of milk for mash potatoes
2 16oz frozen corn
2 packages of milk gravy by McCormic fix according to package
1 cup of shredded cheddar
DIRECTIONS
In plastic bag add seasoning, and flour shake to mix

Mix eggs and milk together with a fork, dip chicken in egg mixture and drop in bag with flour.

Shake and drop into hot oil. Fry until nuggets are done and drain.

There is no need to cook the corn if you use the Steamers type, rinsed under water to thaw in strainer and drain.

If you are using frozen corn simply cook in microwave per the instructions on package.

Mash potatoes just as you would mashed potatoes, creamy.

Make gravy per instructions.

In a sprayed with pam casserole, spread mash potatoes, sprinkle with 1/2 of the cheese, layer corn, then chicken nuggets, pour gravy all over and sprinkle with cheese.

Heat in a 350 degree oven until cheese is melted. You may make this in individual bowls as well, just like the Kernel!
