Whole Chicken 1
Salt 2Tbsp
Vinegar 3Tbsp
Lemon Juice 3Tbsp
Yogurt 1Cup
Red Chili Powder 2Tbsp
Turmeric Powder 1/2 Tsp
Cumin Powder 1Tsp
Garlic paste 1Tsp
1. Mark cuts on chicken.

2. Make a paste of Salt, vinegar and Lemon juice and spread on whole chicken and place for 1 Hour.

3. After 1 hour wash the Chicken and keep a side to let the water dry.

4. Make a paste of Yogurt, red chili powder, Turmeric powder, Cumin powder and Garlic paste.

5. Mix the whole chicken in this paste and Refrigerate for 30 Minutes.

6. After 30 Minutes cook the chicken on light heat till the chicken cooked properly now remove from pan.

7. Take a deep frying pan add oil and heat it on high flame, when oil get start to burn Dip the whole chicken in oil and keep only for 4 Minutes in Frying pan. Now remove.

8. Now Heat up Chicken directly on stove on high flame from both sides for 2-3 minutes.

9. Its ready to serve now with Plain yogurt or with Garlic yogurt.
