Chicken Mandarin

This is an easy recipe and can be made early in the day and refrigerated until ready to bake. Add noodles just before going in the oven
RECIPE INGREDIENTS
2 Cups cooked chicken breast cubed
1 Can Cream of Mushroom soup  ( do not add any liquid.
1 small tin mushrooms (or small pkg fresh - sauted)
1 medium onion chopped
1 Cup diced celery
1 Tin Manderin Oranges with 1 tbls juice
1 Tbls soy sauce1/2 Cup cashews
1 small tin of dry chinese noodles
DIRECTIONS
Mix all together and put into casserole. Top with noodles. Heat in 325 oven until bubbly -- about 25 min. Serve with rice and a green salad.
