Chicken Walford Salad

A great way to beat the heat, during the summer a nice cool chicken salad and a large glass of ice tea, and to the patio we go. We added a slice of watermelon to top off our mea.
RECIPE INGREDIENTS
1 lb Black Grapes seedless cut in half
3 Fugi Apples chopped
2 cooked (boiled)skinless chicken breasts chopped
4 ribs of celery chopped
2 Tablespoons lemon Juice
1 cup Mayo-  Best Foods
1 Tablespoon Ground Ginger
DIRECTIONS
Chop all ingredients, add mayo, lemon juice and ginger and mix well. Chill at least an hour before. Serve on a lettuce leaf. Serves 4
