Chocolate buttercream icing

Make the perfect chocolate icing to top your cupcakes and make them taste even more fantastic!
RECIPE INGREDIENTS
2.5 ounces margarine
8 ounces icing sugar
1 ounce cocoa powder
Dash of milk
DIRECTIONS
Weigh out the margarine and tip into bowl. You can use either


an electric whisk or do it by hand.


Add the icing sugar


and mix as much as possible. It should look a bit like crumbs.


Add


cocoa and mix in.


Splash in very small amounts of


milk at a time and mix in between until you have enough so


the icing looks smooth and is creamy.


Make sure to beat


out any lumps, and use to ice cooled cupcakes, or a large


cake.
