1 Chocolate Cake Mix
1 Sm Chocolate Instant Pudding
3/4 Cup Canola/Veg Oil
3/4 Cup Water
4 eggs - room temp is best
1 C Daisy Sour Cream
1 Cup Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips
GANACHE (for Icing/Streusel after cake cooled)
1 Cup Semisweet Choco Chips
1/2 Cup Heavy cream
1 tsp instant coffee granules
Mix together in a double boiler until all combined.
Use to Streusel over cake
Preheat Oven - 350 Greased Bundt Pan

Mix dry ingredients together. Break eggs and mix with a fork, add oil & water...add ALL to dry ingredients - Beat for 1 minute, add Daisy Sour Cream, Beat till throughly mixed... Stir in the Chocolate Chips.

Pour mixture into prepared pan, bake for approx 50-55 minutes (according to your oven) Will be done when toothpick removed is clean...remove, sit on rack for 30-45 Minutes - flip out and let cool thoroughly.

I make Ganache and streusel over....BON APPETIT!!
