ingredients

  • 6 cups powdered sugar
  • 1 cup butter
  • 2 cups peanut butter
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2-3 cups semisweet chocolate chips
  • 2-3 squares unsweetened baking chocolate

directions

In a medium bowl, mix together the sugar, butter, peanut butter and vanilla. The dough will be loose. Form 1- to 2-inch balls from the dough. Refrigerate the balls for 30 minutes to 1 hour.

In a double boiler, melt the chocolate. Using a toothpick or fork, dip the balls in chocolate. Set on wax paper and cool.
