Chorizo, Black Beans & Roasted Red Pepper Dip

This is a delicious and extremely easy dip that will be gobbled up fast!
RECIPE INGREDIENTS
1 (12 oz.) jar roasted red peppers, drained, with 1 tsp. reserved juice
1 pint Daisy Sour Cream
8 oz. Ground Chorizo
1 (10 oz. can) black beans, drained
1 tsp. oil
1/4 cup chopped cilantro (optional)
For dippling: Celery Sticks, Carrot Sticks, Green Peppers, zucchini sticks and grape tomatoes.
DIRECTIONS
Heat 1 tsp. oil and reserved juice from peppers in saute pan over medium high heat.


Saute chorizo for 10 minutes. Drain, let cool.


In food processor, combine roasted red peppers, sour cream, cooled chorizo and black beans. Pulse until almost smooth. Chill. Sprinkle with cilantro and serve dip with vegetables.
