Chorizo Burger With Shredded Cheese

RECIPE INGREDIENTS
1. 1 1/2 pound chorizo soy meat
2. 2 generous sprinkles of Kraft shredded cheddar cheese
3. 2 medium sized hamburger buns
4. 1 tablespoon cooking oil
5. Two eggs
DIRECTIONS
1. Remove the chorizo from its casing. Mix and cook the chorizo with the 2 eggs over a medium skillet for about five minutes using 1 tablespoon of cooking oil.


2. When the chorizo and egg are done cooking place the chorizo on both sides of two medium sized hamburger buns.


3. Place the cooked chorizo that is on both sides of the buns with two generous sprinkles of Kraft shredded cheddar cheese.


4. Melt the cheddar cheese with the chorizo on both buns carefully for about 15 seconds in the microwave.


5. Taste and enjoy!


This recipe is so easy to make and all it takes is five simple ingredients. This recipe is created using soy meat because it is lower in fat than regular chorizo and it uses less sodium.
