I make this for partys and everyone wants my recipe, so here it is enjoy

RECIPE INGREDIENTS

3 Lbs ground chuck or chili meat

2 large Maui or Sweet Texas onions

1 1/2 tsp sea salt

1 tsp pepper

1 to 2 Tbs chili powder( you can use French’s chili-0 original seasoning mix to replace chili powder if you do use two packages) I use both I like the seasoning in the French's

1 Tbs red chili pepper

2 Tbs cumin

2 Tbs garlic minced

2 Tbs oregano

2 Tbs paprika

dash cayenne pepper

1/2 bottle Bloody Mary mix - buy the premium mix it has more flavor Mr T's Premium Bloody Mary Mix

1- 32 oz cans chopped tomatoes

1- 16 oz can chopped tomatoes

2- 32 oz cans chili beans (if you like lots of beans add the beans 2 hours before serving

DIRECTIONS

Fry beef , garlic & onions( I keep the beef in large pieces also the onions are chopped in large pieces) drain 3/4 of the fat & uses the rest for flavor. Add all the ingredients into a slow cooker , simmer until chili thickens. I cook it all day if you can.

This makes a very large pot of chili
