  1 1 Salad
Nuts and berries are considered amazing weight-loss foods, so not only is this filling, nutritious, and delicious but it WILL boost your weight loss!
RECIPE INGREDIENTS
3-4 oz (or 1 small piece) of grilled chicken (around 120 cal)
5 strawberries
1 1/2 - 2 cups salad (Depending on how hungry you are/ how many calories you plan on eating, salad varies, usually a cup is about 25-30 calories)
a handful of your choice of nuts (Walnuts, pecans, hazelnuts, mixed... etc...)
2 table spoons of Coconut  (approx 35 calories every 2 tablespoons)
Dressing of your choice (I recommend raspberry vinaigrette, mine is 35 calories every 2 tablespoons)
DIRECTIONS
1) prepare your chicken, you can purchase boneless, skinless

chicken breast (5lbs of it) from walmart (bagged in the freezer

aisle, I use great value) for $10.00. This is perfect

because it's only about 120 calories for a grilled chicken

breast, all you have to do is grill it, I like to add adobe

seasoning to it but that's your call.

2) While your chicken

is grilling, prepare the strawberries, if they're fresh

rinse them off and chop them into fourths, if they're frozen

let them thaw and prep as needed.

3) Measure out the

salad ( you may have to cut it up if it's fresh, generally

you can get them in store bought bags, I like to use the

Cesar store bought type for this salad.)

4) Add the nuts

to the salad (I prefer pecan halves, yum yum!) as well as

the coconut

5) check the chicken and make sure it's thoroughly

cooked cut it into small pieces and mix the salad

together so the ingredients are not all bunched up.

6)

add the dressing and toss the salad again, then bonne appetite!
