  • 1 large (9 1/2 inch) pita bread
  • 1/2 cup Basic Tomato Sauce
  • 3 1/2 ounces coppa or cooked smoked bacon or ham, thinly sliced
  • 2 ounces pancetta or salami, thinly sliced
  • 1 3/4 ounces mozzarella cheese, thinly sliced
  • 4 cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1 tablespoon pine nuts
  • 1 teaspoon rosemary leaves
  • 2 teaspoons black olive paste


Preheat oven to 450 degrees F.

Place the pita bread on a baking sheet. Spoon the tomato sauce over the pita bread. Arrange the coppa and pancetta on top of the sauce. Top with the mozzarella, tomato halves, pine nuts and rosemary. Dot the olive paste around the pizza.

Bake for 10 minutes or until the cheese is melted.
