Corn and Crab Bisque

1  Tbsp olive oil
3/4 cup chopped onion
1 1/2 cups corn
1 Tbsp chopped garlic
1/4 cup celery
1 cup crab or fish stock
2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp white pepper
1/2 cup chopped red pepper
3 bay leaves
3 cups milk
1 cup heavy cream
1 tsp liquid crab boil
3 Tbsp blond roux
1 cup lump crab meat, picked over
1/4 cup chopped green onion
1/2 tsp Worcestershire Sauce
Heat oil in a large soup pot, add onion and corn and saute one minute.

Add garlic, celery and red pepper and saute one minute

Stir in milk, cream and crab boil and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer seven minutes. Check and adjust seasoning.

Whisk in roux 1 Tbsp at a time at low heat until mixture is lightly thickened.

Stir in crab meat, green onions and Worcestershire sauce and simmer ten minutes.
