  8 servings
3 cans creamed corn
2 bags frozen chopped broccoli
2 sticks margarine or butter
Medium Chopped Onion (optional)
Bread crumbs
Grease pan with margarine. Melt remaining stick of margarine and second stick to mix with bread crumbs.

Place corn and broccoli in pan and mix. Combine melted margarine and bread crumbs and spread on top as a topping.

Bake at 375 degrees for 40 to 60 minutes.

Corn and Broccoli Casserole
Haven't tried this as yet, but sounds like it will be a pleasing side on the table. Apparently, some of your reviewers are new cooks in regard to sizes. And if a casserole will bake for 50 to 60 minutes, wouldn't they think the onions would get cooked in the casserole!
