This a comfort food my Grandmother made, its simple and even tastes good leftover.
RECIPE INGREDIENTS
Thick sliced bacon
2 cans corn
2 cans creme style corn
2 cans evaporated milk
5 potatoes cubed
1 red onion diced
1 container beef broth low sodium
DIRECTIONS
cut bacon with scissors and cook till crispy set aside.


place potatoes and onion in beef broth and cook till potatoes are almost done. Then add corn and milk heat till just boil remove from heat and add the bacon. Enjoy.
