RECIPE INGREDIENTS
4 eggs
1/3 cup buttter (melted)
1/2 cup half & half
4 Tbls cornstarch
2 cans creamed corm (15.75 oz. approx)
1 can whole kernal corn, drained (15.75 oz, approx)
1/4 cup sugar
DIRECTIONS
In a small bowl whisk eggs together,add melted butter. Blend the cornstarch into the half & half, then add to egg mixture. In a larger bowl combine the two cans of creamed corn, 1 can whole kernel corn and the sugar. Fold the egg mixture into the corn mixture. Pour into a greased 9' x 13' casserole pan. Bake for 1 hour at 375 degrees or until a butter knife inserted into the center comes out clean.
