Corn Pudding

This is easy, fast, disappears quickly and expect complimants!
RECIPE INGREDIENTS
2 packages frozen white corn,defrosted or 1 can white
shoe peg corn
3 tablespoons flour
1 tablespoon sugar (or to your taste)
3/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
Dash of cayenne
2 eggs
1 1/2 cups milk
2 tablespoons melted butter
DIRECTIONS
Combine all ingredients


Place half at a time in a blender on a high speed for


4 seconds. If you prefer whole grain corn pudding, omit


using blender.


Mix dry ingredients, beat eggs well and combine with other ingredients.


Bake at 350 in a buttered casserole until firm, about 40 minutes.


Stir from the bottom after 20 minutes.


Serves 6
