RECIPE INGREDIENTS
1 cup yellow cornmeal
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp baking soda
1 (8 3/4 oz)can cream style corn
1 cup milk
1/2 cup cooking oil
1 lg. onion chopped
5 canned jalapeno chiles, chopped
2 cups shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
2 eggs beaten
DIRECTIONS
Preheat oven


350 degrees


Combine cornmeal,salt and baking soda.


Stir in corn, milk and oil.


Add onions, chilies, cheese and eggs.


Mix well.


Turn into greased 9 inch square baking pan.


Bake at 350 degrees until set, about 1 hour.


Let stand 10 minutes.


Cut into squares to serve.


Makes 9 servings.
