Corned Beef Stew

RECIPE INGREDIENTS
1 med. onion chopped
1 can corned beef
1 can mushroom gravy (I prefer Winn-Dixie's brand rather than the jar due to the salt content)
4 med. potatoes cut up/cubed
salt, pepper & granulated garlic to taste
*a can of sliced mushrooms may be added if desired
1 1/2 cup long grain rice
DIRECTIONS
Saute onion in a little oil, until clear. Add crumbled corn beef, gravy, a little water if too thick and potatoes. Cook until potatoes are done. Serve over rice.
