Crab Pizza with Cream Sauce
- Crab meat
- 1/4 cup melted butter
- 2 tablespoons pizza sauce
- 1 tablespoon cream
- 1 tortilla
- 1/4 cup onion, chopped
- 1/4 cup tomato, chopped
- 1/2 cup shredded cheese
First brush the crab meat with the melted butter and place on a baking pan in the oven at 400 degrees F for 5 to 10 minutes.
While that's baking, you can mix the pizza sauce and cream together in a bowl.
After the crab is finished baking (it should have a slight golden tint to the outside), place the tortilla on a baking pan and let it bake until the edges are a little crisp and brown. After the tortilla is finished baking, spread the pizza/cream sauce over the tortilla evenly. Sprinkle the onions, tomatoes and crab meat over the sauce, and then top it off with cheese.
Next, place the pizza in the oven for 5 to 10 minutes (or until the cheese is fully melted and bubbling).
After removing the pizza from the oven, allow to cool for at least a minute, then serve and enjoy.
