Do your chopping and mixing of dressing and spices while rice cooks. Cool the rice down with cold faucet water.
12 oz. crab meat, flaked (I use crab flavored fish-Trans Ocean)
2 1/2 cup brown rice, cooked, and cooled under cold water
1/4 green pepper
2 medium tomatoes, chopped
1/4 chopped onions
Equal parts Mayonnaise and Spin Blend mix-enough to moisten
1/4 tsp. roasted garlic pepper (Archer Farms at Target)
1/2 tsp dry mustard
Sprinkle of dill weed
1/8 tsp celery salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1/8 tsp. smoked paprika
Sprinkle of red pepper
Mix the above. Best eaten when first fixed, with no prior refrigeration. Tastes good the next day if any is left over. I serve with fruit cocktail on the side. ENJOY!
