Cranberry salad -
Wonderful salad but iI suggest using lite apple juice, pineapple in water, etc to keep lite amnd diabetic. My daughter made it the other day not using diet jello and a couple hours later I was having a sugar count of 500. Otherwise it is my favorite salad recipe.
