Cream Corn Casserole

Great recipe for pot luck - always a big hit. A hint of sweetness to a vegetable dish.
RECIPE INGREDIENTS
1 can whole kernal corn
1 can creamed corn
1 package corn  "Jiffy" muffin mix
1 8 ounce container sour cream
1 whole stick butter (melted)
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. orange extract
1/4 cup sugar
3 eggs
DIRECTIONS
Whip 3 eggs, melted butter, sour cream into fluffy consistency.


Add package of muffin mix, sugar and vanilla - blend in.


Stir in creamed corn and whole kernal corn; add vanilla and orange extract.


Blend mixture well.


Pour into greased 13 inch x 9 inch glass baking dish; cook for 35 minutes at 350 degrees (top will be golden).
