Creamy Turkey Salad

RECIPE INGREDIENTS
2-3/4 Pounds pulled turkey, 3/8-inch dice
7 Ounces celery, 1/8-inch dice
4 Ounces sweet onion, 1/8-inch dice
11 Ounces mayonnaise
3 Ounces sour cream
1/2 Teaspoon salt
1/2 Teaspoon black pepper, freshly ground
2-1/2 Tablespoons fresh lemon juice
2 Dashes hot red pepper sauce
1-1/2 Teaspoons light soy sauce
1-3/4 Cups tart apple (Granny Smith), 3/8-inch dice
DIRECTIONS
Combine all ingredients thoroughy and hold refrigerated in a covered container for at least 4 hours before serving. Serve as part of a salad plate or as a sandwich filling.
