CRUNCHY CHICKEN with Sour Cream Mustard Sauce

Crunchy fried chicken with a creamy, dreamy sauce!
RECIPE INGREDIENTS
6   chicken breast fillets
½ Cup All-puropse Flour
½ Pound shelled  pecan nuts
2   Large eggs
3 Tablespoons Dijon  mustard
30 g  butter, unsalted
¼ Cup Olive or Canola  oil
1 Cup DAISY SOUR CREAM
DIRECTIONS
Dust chicken lightly with flour. Blend or process pecans until finely ground.


Whisk eggs in bowl with 2 Tablespoons of the mustard. Dip chicken into the egg mixture, then into pecans and press firmly.


Heat butter and oil in large pan, add chicken, cook until browned on both sides, cooked through and tender (10-14 minutes). Remove chicken from pan, keep warm.


Add remaining mustard and sour cream to clean pan, whisk over low heat without boiling until smooth and heated through. Serve with the chicken.
