Daisy Chicken Salad
- 12 ounces cooked boneless skinless chicken breasts
- 1/4 cup chopped pecans
- 1/3 cup diced celery
- 1/3 cup chopped fresh dill
- 1/4 cup Daisy Brand Sour Cream
- 3 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
Shred the chicken into bite-sized pieces and place into a larger bowl. Add the pecans, celery and chopped dill. Toss well. In a separate bowl, mix the sour cream and mayonnaise. Toss into the chicken salad. Season with salt and pepper. Cover and refrigerate for 2 hours.
