This is a low cal . Recipe great for diets ! Very filling
RECIPE INGREDIENTS
6 oz canned chicken breast
2 eggs
Pepper
Mayonnaise
Skim milk
Bread (optional)
DIRECTIONS
Grill chicken in a pan in medium heat for about 5 minutes add pepper to taste.


Boil 2 eggs . Peel an chop the eggs in a bowl then add in the chicken


Add in 1 tbsp of milk


Then add in 2 teaspoons of mayo.


Mix. Serve one whole grain toast
