12 slices white bread slices
|

3/4 pound processed American cheese* sliced
|
|
3/4 cup green pepper -- chopped
|
|
2 tablespoons instant minced onions
|
|
Cut out the center of the bread with a 2' round cookie cutter. Arrange the outside pieces of the bread in the bottom of a 9 x 13 x 2 pan (tearing pieces to completely cover the bottom of the pan). Cover the bread with the Old English cheese slices. Sprinkle the green peppers and the diced ham over the cheese. Cover with the 2' bread rounds.

Mix the eggs, milk, instant onions, salt and dry mustard until it is well blended. Pour egg mixture all over the bread. Cover and refrigerate over night. Before cooking bring to room temperature about 1 hour. Bake uncovered at 325 F for about 55 minutes or until heated through and top is golden brown.
