Not all Corn Puddings are the same this one is better because everything with bacon in it is better....remember??
RECIPE INGREDIENTS
I can  16 oz cream corn
1 10 pkg frozen corn kernels yellow or white
2 slightly beaten eggs
2 Tablespoons granulated sugar
1 cup of milk (half and half is nice but your choice)
6 slices of crisply cooked bacon reserving the drippings
DIRECTIONS
cook bacon until crisp and set crumble and reserve

Mix all ingredients together including the left over bacon drippings and place in a 9x13 backing dish that has been generously sprayed with non fat spary such as pam.

Bake at 325 degrees until the knife comes out clean about 30 minutes but you want to make sure it is not runny in the middle so stick the knife in that area when testing.

Remove and sprinkle bacon on top and watch it disappear at your dinnertable or party buffet!!!!

This is not your average corn pudding. Ergo the don't be Cornfused title.....happy eating
