This recipe was handed down to me from my Mom. It was always a favorite at our dinner table when I was growing up. She always served it with Baked potatoes and corn . A traditional comfort food for me till this day.
6 Country style pork spareribs
3/4 cup Ketchup
3/4 cup water
2 Tbs. Distilled White Vinegar
1 tsp. Paprika
1/2 tsp. ground black pepper
1 tsp. chili powder
2 Tbs. Worchestershire sauce
2 Medium onions, sliced
Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees.

Place ribs in a 11x9x2 pan (preferably metal).

Mix together all ingredients except onions.

Pour mixture over ribs, turn over ribs to coat both sides.

Slice onions over top of ribs.

Cover with aluminum foil.

Bake for 1 & 1/2 hours covered.

Remove pan from oven

Remove foil

Turn ribs over

Return pan to oven uncovered for an additional 1/2 hour or until ribs are fork tender.
