RECIPE INGREDIENTS
1 boneless porkbutt
1 bottle any red wine
4 garlic chopped
1 onion chopped
1 t pepper
1 t garlic powder
1 t onion powder
1 floured large brown in bag
1 T dried parsley
1 t italian seasoning
DIRECTIONS
Place all ingredients in a floured large brown in bag. Bake at 350 degrees for 3 hours. thicken juices if needed for gravy
