Dungeness Crab with Pasta

RECIPE INGREDIENTS
3/4 pound angel hair pasta
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
1/2 teaspoon hot-pepper sauce
2 tablespoons minced garlic
2 tablespoons finely chopped fresh ginger
1 1/2 cups thinly sliced vegetables, such as zucchini, celery, broccoli, whole snow peas, and/or green beans
1 teaspoon cornstarch
3 tablespoons regular or low-sodium soy sauce
2 tablespoons rice wine vinegar
2 cups cooked Dungeness or lump crabmeat, cleaned
DIRECTIONS
Cook the pasta according to the package directions.


In a large skillet, heat the vegetable oil and hot pepper sauce over moderate heat for 1 minute. Add the garlic and ginger. Cook about 30 seconds, stirring often.


Add the vegetables and cook, stirring often, for about 4 minutes, until they are tender-crisp, not quite cooked through.


In a small bowl, dissolve the cornstarch in the soy sauce. Add the mixture to the skillet and stir. Add the rice wine vinegar and crabmeat to the skillet and stir to combine.


Add the cooked and drained pasta to the sauce in pan and toss to combine. Serve immediately.
