Easy Banana & Blueberry Muffins

These muffins are absolutely delicious, and they take hardly any time to make, enjoy!!
RECIPE INGREDIENTS
2 large bananas
90ml milk
60g soft brown sugar
150g self-raising flour
1 tsp vanilla
70g fresh blueberries (or defrosted if using frozen ones)
1 egg
3 tbsp vegetable or rapeseed oil
DIRECTIONS
1.Preheat oven to 190 degrees celsius, line a 6-hole muffin tin with patty cases.


2. Mash bananas with the back of a fork in a large bowl.


3. Add the sugar and oil and mix until well combined.


4. Crack the egg into the bowl and mix it through, adding the milk little by little whilst stirring.


5.Sift the flour into the bowl and mix until well combined.


6. Add vanilla and bluberries and stir.


7. Add mixture to cases, up to the top is fine as they are high-rising muffins.


8. bake for 15-20 minutes or until skewer inserted into the middle comes out clean. Let cool....EAT!!
