Easy Creamy 3 Bean Salad

RECIPE INGREDIENTS
1 large can original Bush's Baked Beans
1 15 oz. can red kidney beans
1 15 oz. can white beans
1/2 C diced red onion
2 green onions-thinly sliced-white and green
1/2 C diced red bell pepper
1/2 C diced green bell pepper-or use a poblano for extra zip
1 stalk celery-diced
2 hard boiled eggs-chopped
1/4 C mayo
1/4 C greek yogurt
1 t black pepper
2 T fresh flat leaf parsley, or basil, or cilantro(or a combo) to taste
salt to taste
DIRECTIONS
Drain off some of the liquid from the baked beans. Put in large bowl. Drain and rinse the kidney and white beans. Add to bowl. In a separate bowl, mix mayo and yogurt(can use all mayo)and the rest of ingredients. Mix well, taste for seasoning, pour over beans, mix well. Cover and refrigerate for at least 3 hours. Stir before serving.
