So easy and tasty looks elegant and can be ahead and refridgerated till ready to use
large clove of garlic minced fine
8 oz cream cheese at room temperature
your favorite chopped fresh or dried herbs
I used parsley, dill, thyme and oregano
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
1/2 teasppon of papricka
teaspoon worsteshire sauce or hot sauce (optional)
20 washed and stemmed mushroom caps
teaspoon of olive oil
Easy Creamy Herb and Garlic Stuffed Mushrooms Recipe at
1-Mash and mix the cream cheesse with all the ingredients except the mushrooms and olive oil.

2-Place the cheese mixture in a pastry bag with large star tip. (if you have no pastry bag use a plastic bag with a corner snipped off.)

3-Heat the olive oil in a pan and lightly saute the mush room caps. (save the stems to chop up in another recipe or discard them)

4-Allow the caps to cool to room temperature.

5-Fill all the caps with the cheese mixture and sprinkle a little parsley or papricka on top to garnish if desired.
