2 cans sliced peaches in light syrup
3-4 Tablespoons Flour
Ritz Crackers
Schredded Sharp Cheddar Cheese
2 TBS Butter or Margarine
Cinnamon
Sugar or Sugar Substitute
Nutmeg
DIRECTIONS
Preheat over to 350 Degrees.

Spray a 12X17 glass dish with non-stick spray. Open and pour canned slice peaches in dish with syrup. Spoon flour over peaches. Top with Cinnamon, sugar, and all spice to taste.

In a seperate bowl crush Ritz crackers. Spoon over peach mixture. Top with two cups schredded Sharp Cheddar cheese. Cover with tin foil.

Bake in 350 Degree oven for 30-45 minutes. Peach juice will thicken with the flour. Bake additional 15 minutes with foil off to lightly brown cheese and cracker mixture.
