Easy Meatball Soup for Crock Pot

30 mini meatballs (premade or make your own)
For making your own you will need the following:
1 1/2 lbs turkey ground or hamburger meat
bread crumbs enough to make firm balls
2 eggs
3 tblsp grated cheese
1 tsp ltalain seasoning
oil to season pan so the meatballs don't stick
Soup ingredients:
salt and pepper to taste
2-tsp Italain seasoning
2-15oz tomato sauce
2-15oz stewwed tomato
2-6oz tomato paste
2 cups beef broth canned or fresh
1 cup water
1 lbs of your favorite pasta(elbows,stars,ziti)cook before adding to soup.
1 red pepper finely chopped
2 tblsp finely chopped galic
3 tblsp hot peppers finely chopped (if you want it hot)
Bread, cracker, or rolls once soup is done what ever you choice is.
Prepare you meatball mixer if doing them from scratch. To make mini meatball I used a teaspoon is enough.

Once cooked place in crock pot.

Open all tomato sauce,paste and stewwed tomatoes,place in crock pot.

Add the broth and water.

Add pepers,garlic Italain seasoning salt and pepper.

Set on low for 3hours then add you pasta and cook for another hour.

I serve with Italian bread,rolls or crackers your choice.
