LEFT-OVER WHITE RICE FROM CHINESE FOOD TAKE-OUT, NOW TURNS INTO A TASTY SIDE DISH..
RECIPE INGREDIENTS
1 - qt. container of (Chinese Food) White Rice.
2 - cups of Medium or Hot Salsa.
1 - Lg. chopped onion.
2 - 3 Garlic Cloves, chopped.
3 - Tbsp. Oil
1 - Pkg. Kielbasa(like Hillshire Farms)sliced and
quartered.
1/2 -1-cup Water.
Optional:  1/2 cup Spanish Olives, halved.
Salt and Pepper to taste.
DIRECTIONS
Take metal handle off the rice container, sprinkle water over rice and wrap a rubber band around container.


Microwave about 4 - 5 mins. till hot. Set aside.


Cook the onion & garlic in the oil for a few minutes, add Kielbasa and cook till slightly browned.


Add Rice and stir well, add Salsa, stir well.


Add water as needed if too dry.


Add olives if desired.


Lower heat and cover. Cook thru for 15-20 mins.


Mixture should be very moist. Be careful not to dry it out.


Add salt and pepper if desired.
