This easy appetizer makes a wonderful addition to any menu. Use it for special occasion brunches when looking to add a seafood dish or as an easy something to have on the table when guests are waiting for dinner to be served.
RECIPE INGREDIENTS
1 Can Wild Salmon, bones and skin removed
1 Brick Cream Cheese
1/4 to 1/2 Bunch fresh Dill (plus more for garnish)
juice of 1 large lemon, seeds removed
3 Tablespoons capers
crackers or crusty bread for serving

DIRECTIONS
Combine all ingredients in food processor.


Pulse processor and combine ingredients until mixture is smooth, 1-2 minutes.


Stir in capers.


Place mixture into serving bowl, garnish with dill and refrigerate for 1 hour before serving.
