This is a family recipe from my Italian Great Grandmother and has been passed down. I hope everyone enjoys it.
RECIPE INGREDIENTS
3 large/2 jumbo eggs
Satl to taste
Pepper to taste
Drop of milk (optional)
Paprika (optional)
Mazola/vegetable oil
2 slices of bread
DIRECTIONS
Pre-heat a frying pan and coat the bottom of the pan over medium heat.


Scramble eggs in a bowl and combine with salt, pepper, milk and paprika.


When the pan is pre-heated, pour egg mixture in pan and break up two slices of bread and drizzle one capful of oil over the bread. When ready, flip it over and let bread get crispy. Should take 2-5 minutes depending on how crispy you want it. ENJOY!
