You can Freeze and You can also make them without MEAT . If you dont like Shrimp or pork Change it around make it chicken .
Egg Rolls
1 teaspoon.peanut oil. plus addition for frying
1 pork tenderlloin about 1 pound
cut into very small pieces
1 clove garlic,minced
1 pound chopped shrimp
2c.  shredded green cabbage
4ounces mushrooms chopped
1/4 c.shredded carrots
1/2c.finely chopped celery
1/2tsp.salt sauce
1tbs.dry sherry
1/2 tsp.sugar
1.egg lightly beaten
1 package egg roll wrappers
Sweet and Sour Sauce
2/3 c. sugar
3/4 water
1 tbs.white vinegar
1 dash soy sauce
Put sauce ingredents in small sauce pot and bring to boil remove from heat.

Heat large fry pan over med high heat add 1 teaspoon oil, pork,garlic ccok 5 minutes remove to strainer Ad shrimp cook 3-4 minutes;remove to strainer ;add vegetables;cok until crisp-tender add remaining ingredients(except wrappers),mix well,Drain well in stainer. Trasfer to large bowl cool slightly.

Place 2 tablespoonsfuls of mixture in center of wrapper and roll.

Heat 1 inch of oil in fry pan over meduim-high heat. Fry egg rolls in batches. about 1 minute per side. Drian on plate lined with paper towel. Dip in sweet and sour sauce and enjoy.

You can Sub.Soy Chicken place of the pork and shrimp if you wish and make them Veggie Rolls if you like!
