Egg Salad

Inspired by my Dad's egg salad and Landmark Diner Jr.'s egg salad BLT.
6 hard boiled eggs - diced or mashed
1 celery rib finely diced
mayonnaise - to taste
mustard - to taste
sour dill relish, drained well - to taste
Hormel real bacon bits - to taste
1) I like to use an egg slicer and slice the eggs in one direction then turn it and slice it again. You could just mash the eggs with a fork or potato masher if you prefer.

2) Add mayo, mustard, celery, dill relish, and bacon bits.

3) Mix ingredients well.

4) Refrigerate for 1-2 hours, unless you're really hungry then you can just dig right into it.

5) Serve it up on your favorite bread (I like whole wheat or Wasa sourdough) or eat it straight out of the bowl.
